AGI thoroughly documents existing facilities, including structure, envelope, doors/windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, lighting, fire protection systems, and finishes.  This is accomplished through CAD drawings completed in the field, and supported by written reports and photography.  Documentation
can also include visual evaluation of the condition
